As a founding member and the Head of UX Writing at Lyft, I helped build the practice from the ground up. I set the vision for the team, tripled(!) the number of writers in under a year, created foundational processes, and tackled loads of content strategy and UI work.
Just one example of the UX writing I did at Lyft. I built the messaging strategy from scratch, and wrote the UI copy for every part of this new experience. My clear, compassionate copy reduced change anxiety for drivers, and informed our GTM strategy and comms.
While product writing was my bread and butter at Pinterest, I got to dabble in all kinds of writing—including creating Pinterest’s very first ad campaign in the US. The “What if” campaign focused on vulnerable moments people face in their lives, from the everyday to the epic. We showed how Pinterest can help you reimagine these risks as possibilities.
